Maitre D' from FYEO. Clue Answers!

    Clues:
    1. I lead the other two, far taller men.

Bond and Kristatos to their table.
    2. I move a piece of furniture around.
    Kristatos' Chair.
    3. I call over a fourth individual.
    The Wine Waiter.
    4. I am witness to passive/aggressive Bond-Snobbery at its best.
    Changing wine orders on Kristatos.
    5. It is fairly clear that I am involved in the subterfuge.
Exchanging the hidden mic on the table.
    6. All four of us (Clues #1 & 3) are garbed appropriately.
Bond and Kristatos in tuxes, the Maitre D' and Wine Waiter each in teh appropriate suit.
    7. I speak the native tongue, as well as a bit of English.
    Greek.
    8. I work for a man who is not the Main Villain.
He works for the ally, Columbo, who owns the house.
    9. This is the first time Cinematic Bond has set foot in this country, though his literary counterpart found himself embroiled in an adventure here 13 years earlier.
Greece. He went their in Kingsley Amis' COLONEL SUN in 1968.
    10. I am be-speckled.
    11. Like one of the two men I lead in, I am losing my hair.
    12. I briskly put pen to pad.
    To write down their orders.
    13. I hand something to Bond and quickly fill my hand with another item from my own left pocket. Both contain or will contain the written word.
First the wine list or menu, then the tablet to write the order down on.
    14. Bond's alternative is quite within my ability to summon.
    The Theotaki Aspro.
    15. Theotaki!16. Aspro!
See the Answer to Clue #14.

I want to say the Mantis man in FYEO
    But the clues don’t fit.

I wish these conclusive new clues helped me at all. :'(

EDIT: I kind of want to say it's someone who works for Tanaka in YOLT... if that helps anyone else, great.

Literary Bond went on a mission to Japan to get his 00... Cinematic Bond didn't get his 00 from Japan at all.

Nothing yet. No one who works for Tanaka, and no Mantis Man.

This may help: Clues #14 & #15 work in tandem.

    Let me make a guess:

One of Severine's bodyguard whom Bond fought in the Komodo Dragon arena (Macau) in Skyfall?

    Nope.

I thought the name of the wine was a giveaway, but it still took awhile.

Sadly I don't have the same memory for such things as Bond, and I've even watched FYEO recently (and it's my favourite Moore film)!

Thanks @Birdleson it's been such a wonderful game!
I'm going to think of a character, probably those who's still not on the list of played ones.

I'll go since there have been no takers.

Unnamed EON character with dialogue. Probably an easy one.

    1. I am heard before seen by Bond.

    2. However, I'm not in the same location.

    3. I am fictional, but there is a real life counterpart seen several years later in a different film.

    4. i fit in very well with the theme of this particular film.

    5. My first statement is correct based on the situation. What I state second is incorrect to the viewer, but ends up being correct with different cirumstances after a few minutes.

    6. I am interrupted in more than one way.

    7. I speak incorrectly about my boss.

    8. Sex, lies and videotape

Absolutely. I wonder what caused this thread to dry up

Added two more. I won't add any more until we have some guesses.
