    Unnamed EON character.
    1. My loss became someone else’s gain.
Solitaire’s mother lost her psychic powers when impregnated with her daughter, who in turn inherited her mother’s abilities.
    2. Unlike my successor, my speciality is unknown.
Kananga claims Solitaire was especially good at predicting death.
    3. My fate is unknown…
No mention of what became of her.
    4. According to the villain, I set a bad example.
Kananga’s warning to Solitaire not to repeat the same mistake her mother did.
    5. You can’t see me but I could probably ‘see’ you.
We don’t see Solitaire’s mom, but her psychic capabilities meant she was able to see people’s actions/fate through her card reading.
    6. It is probable that my (ex)employer’s high status was achieved in large part thanks to me.
Kananga’s rise to power and elimination of potential obstacles/adversaires would have been made possible thanks to the power of clairvoyance.
    7. Lesson no.3 could not be avoided.
    The joys of sex.
    8. I do not make a physical appearance in the movie and am only briefly mentioned by the villain.
    Self explanatory.
    9. My profession is highly regarded in certain cultures and derided in others.
Psychic mediums/clairvoyants/tarot readers are generally regarded as either supernaturally gifted beings of complete charlatans.
    10. (clue #3) …yet there is good reason to believe I was punished for my ‘transgression’.
Offered as human sacrifice?… we’ll never know.
    11. I bore a child.
    Solitaire.

    Incorrect:
    Blofeld’s right hand man (SP)
    Dr. No’s father
    Monitor guy in TND
    Nick Nack
    President mentioned in TND
    Safin’s father
    Safin’s mother

Are you referring to Mr.Hinx or another character? I don’t really recall a right hand man since it’s been a very long time since I saw the movie.
In any case it’s not a character from SPECTRE.

    Okay, here it is.....

Unnamed EON character - Tracy's former Count Husband (Count Di Vicenzo) by @Benny

    1. I've made a revenge against Mr. Bond!
    - Tracy died on her and Bond's wedding day.

    2. Look, Mr. Bond, we're just the same, in fact we almost paralleled each other
    - Count Di Vicenzo died in a car with a lover (mistress), Tracy died in a car, though Bond survived, that's why there's *"almost"* .

    3. Darling, I couldn't believe how your skill was the one that killed me!
    - Tracy was a driver, Count Di Vicenzo drove himself to death, also Count Di Vicenzo drove a sports car, the same for Tracy, so he's killed while driving, Tracy's main skill was she's an excellent driver.

    4. I do not make a physical appearance in the movie and am only mentioned by another character (who's important and probably related to me).
    - Mentioned by Draco to Bond while telling Tracy's backstory.

    5. Anya? Lisl? What do they have in common?
    - Anya lost her lover (same to Tracy lost her husband), and Lisl, she's a countess (Tracy was a countess; married a Count).

    6. (Clue #4) Unlike in the film, the book did mentioned my name.
    - Count Guilio Di Vicenzo

    7. Might as well Christopher Lee should have played me!
    - Christopher Lee played a Count as in Count Dracula, and in The Man With The Golden Gun, he also had a mistress (Andrea Anders).

    8. Sanchez and I even drove the same car brand!
    - Maserati
