Bond runs past the man on the platform in the light, and disappears down the tunnel into the darkness

Possibly a daily commuter on the underground.
8. Though what I witness, is hardly normal.
Chasing after after the train and leaping on it would not be a normal occurrence.

1. I can be spotted a few seconds before my colleague who is a main character.

Indeed. According to Bond Wiki, the woman I had in mind is called Natasha (altough the name doesn't appear in the film/end credits). She is using make-up/a mirror while talking with Tatiana and the other colleague (Irina).
I don't know what they say (apart from saying goodbye). The russian bits are not translated.
