CHAPTER 1: A TRIP TO THE MOON.
Things were never tense in the mind of a corrupt general and government official, colonal tan-sun Moon, until the thought of what may happen during an important trade for him in order to pick up diamonds. In the beaches of North Korea, 3 masked men arrive through the high tides of the beach. The men have arrived through surf boards and inside these boards carry plastic explosives. One of these men, an agent named James Bond, also known as 007 of Her Majesty’s Secret Service had needed to find a way to infiltrate an illegal trade system between North Korea and south Africa. Bond’s fellow agents were John Hunter, agent 004 and William Fairbanks, agent 008.
Agent 008 had a device that would take down a helicopter carrying a South African dealer known as ‘Velva’. As Velva came out, unaware of where he was and three 00 agents after him, 008 and 004 were there with an arrest warrant. Bond however, noticed that this Velva was similar in physical attributes to Bond, as he was also featuring short, dark blonde hair and ruggedness that most 00-agents believed can only be found in Bond since his events and traumas since “the casino incident” and the “Bolivian water crisis”. Bond decides to go on with this little trade but instead Bond himself will go in as Velva, taking his sunglasses and his tan jacket.
As Bond arrives in this top secret military base, a man named "Zao" had greeted him and secretly takes his picture. Bond, unbeknownst to this, takes a short walk to only be greeted by Colonel Moon. Bond, unaware of what to expect, and shocked to see perfect war weapons and military cars in tow for the diamonds Velva had supplied with him earlier. As Zao realises Bond is an MI6 agent, and one of the best, he alerts Moon and shoots down Bond's helicopter with a machine gun from one of Moon's weapons. He then comes to Bond and simply says "Well, Mr Bond, your helicopter like this trade will all go down".

The point is, why substitute an inferior Bond who largely couldn't cut it.
