If Mission: Impossible V is ready to go and Sherlock Holmes 3 isn't, you can understand the thought process. If WB wanted it that badly they could hire someone else but all the cast seem busy enough at the moment, as it is.

That's true. RDJ alone is in the midst of filming two movies, and then he'll have 'The Avengers 2' coming up soon.

I'd much rather see Sherlock Holmes 3 than a new Mission Impossible movie, not for disliking the MI series, but for my love for the SH flicks.

Disney/Marvel money gets big budget movies out fast, we'll see Avengers 2 before either of those...

2014 / 2015 we'll be a BIG year for movies. So many great things coming out!

Here's my current list for 2014. This is going off of what I've seen/heard of the films and will probably change as the year goes on and more films/trailers are announced and released, respectively:

    1.) 'The Raid 2: Berandal'
    2.) 'Edge Of Tomorrow'
3.) 'The Hobbit: There And Back Again'
    4.) 'Gone Girl'
5.) 'Captain America: The Winter Soldier'

Here's my current list for 2015. Since it's quite some time away, this is just going off of anticipation for what we might receive from these films, and what has currently been announced:

    1.) 'Bond 24'
    2.) 'Fast & Furious 7'
    3.) 'Mission: Impossible V'
    4.) 'Live by Night'
    5.) 'Avengers: Age of Ultron'

@M_Balje, totally forgot about 'November Man.' When I was doing my list, I was going through a quick list of easily recognizable films via Wikipedia, so I knew I'd miss something.

I'm sure 'Sin City: A Dame To Kill For' will go up on my list once we get a trailer, which is hopefully here by March or April. I have no interest in '300,' it looks cheesy and dull and they're just trying to cash in on the title.

I don't think even she can save a film that looks that uninspiring and bad. I'll still see it, don't get me wrong, I'm just not rushing out to see it in theaters. I'll Redbox it for real cheap.

You could be right. I have not read the graphic novel, is this not based on Miller at all?

There's Three Story's in it One story is based on a short story. The other two are original Miller written segments (+ he's also director)

That settles it, then. I have faith. Thanks, @Virage.

    1) The Raid 2
    2) November Man
    3) Bond 24
    4) Mad Max 4
    5) Assassin's Creed

Honourable mention to Expendables 3, which I am looking forward to. Bond 24 and Mad Max would be higher but I know nothing about them right now (they haven't even started work on Bond), whereas I just saw I really cool picture of Brosnan in November Man that's made me really want to go and see it.

    1. Jurassic World: I'm a huge fan of Jurassic Park franchise since I was 3 (no kidding).
    2. Bond 24: Obviously.
    3. November Man: I'm really looking forward to seeing my favourite Bond actor doing a spy story. I haven't read "There Are No Spies" yet (the book they're basing the movie on), but the first November Man book is amazing.
    4. Terminator: Genesis: the cast choice made me cringe, but other than, I'm so excited.
    5. Dawn of Planet of the Apes
