My thoughts as well.
If you feel that it is up for interpretation, then that's fine. For me, though, they were always goners. I actually much prefer the ending to the Lester version of the film, regardless.
MoS is as good as the first two Superman films, if not slightly better for how they managed to effectively bring him into the modern day - something Bryan Singer tried and failed to do.
I'm firmly in camp MoS. BvS has its moments and some good performances but it's flaws are blindingly obvious to me. Same goes for JL.
Superman: The Movie- You Only Live Twice
Superman II- The Spy Who Loved Me
Superman III- Moonraker
Superman IV- [the server has encountered a problem- ERROR- please try again later]
Batman- Live And Let Die
Batman Returns- Man With The Golden Gun
Batman Forever- Casino Royale (1967)
Batman & Robin- Operation: Kid Brother
Batman Begins- Dr. No
Dark Knight- License To Kill
Dark Knight Rises- SPECTRE
Man Of Steel- Thunderball
BvS- Skyfall
Wonder Woman- Casino Royale
Justice League- Diamonds Are Forever
Some good comparisons...
Superman IV - Die another Day though that's probably unkind to DAD ;))
There IS a case to be made for that...
It's a rumour popping up on a few sites and shows, not sure it would necessarily be a good idea though DC need to do something different. After Tom did The Mummy I would not be suprised if he changed his mind with the super hero genre.
In the comics I had as a kid, Hal wasn’t ‘young’
Go TOM!
I mean, I will probably even go see Aquaman, but not this Shazam. I don't have any connection with the character. How many people even know him. It's going to bomb at the box office.
I am sure it will look better when we see footage, onset photos of suits often don't do the suit justice. The main thing is the design and colours look in the right ball park, being a fan of the character and Levi I am on board for the film.
Haha, not quite. Are you familiar with the Broadway musical Cats?

I wonder what they'll do with the costume, because in most versions, she does look a bit silly
