I love "One life" Its beautful to look at and listen to. And yes, he has a fantastic voice and he knows, how to use it. I know some americans, wo are dead crazy for that british accent going with it. ;)
Of course, there is. Ask the americans. They love it, not only his.
What the Americans love is an English accent. More specifically they seem to love the posh London accent. Craigs accent is strange. It's English but it's hard to place it. It's sort of a plain English accent.
British accent would be some wierd mix of English, Scottish, Welsh and Irish.
Same accent as myself. I'm from Cheshire but my accent is quite nuetral. The pronunciation is not particularly harsh, as some northern accents, such as the word 'bath' isn't pronounced 'barth' as it would be in the south, but neither is it harsh on the 'a', e.g. Dalton and 'nasty'.
Do you believe that the BAFTA members are "'Craig -Crazy' fans and their loyalty is unbounded and infused with blind faith."?
Nothing like a bit of stereotyping. Not everyone from the north has a defined accent, and not everyone who does sounds unnattractive.
..and this mean exactly what? That he didn't look like a hot contender for the role of Bond at the age of four?
Sean didn't look like he could be Bond either, but there you go!
But you still feel obliged to bash them. This is strange...
Did you see QoS or Skyfall?
Well there is all sorts, the Craigfans who bash everything else because their 007 is superiour, the Daltonites, the Fleming book fans, the Connery fans, the Moore fans, the Lazenby fans, the fans of the literary Bond, the fans of the movie Bonds.
Which of them is the true Bondfan?
If you dislike a certain direction that a certain actor goes it does not make you a lesser fan, just a fan with a different taste.
If you have never read all Bond novels but have seen all movies does that make you a lesser Bondfan?
Anybody daft enough to come on a forum and argues for his part of the 007 lore is in my book a Bondfan. Anybody denying that is the lesser fan in my humble opinion.
So I think the same should go for the films.
Well everyone who has a opinion and actually have some sort of knowledge about Bond and appreciates the films/or the books are Bond fans in my book.
I'm just so surprised when i see people who doesen't want to watch a film ( it doesen't need to be a Bondfilm ) because a certain actor/director/writer is wrong. I mean, it can be proved the opposite. And even more if you're a Bondfan. Because Bond is Bond despite who's playing the role.
I like all the Bondactors, i've read all the books. But that doesen't make me a better Bondfilm then someone who doesen't like everyone or hasn't read the books.
I didn't fall in love with Casino Royale the first time I saw it and so didn't see Quantum of Solace. But after going with a buddy to see Skyfall I feel like I suddenly 'got' Daniel Craig as Bond, and have since gone back and developed an appreciation for both.
Maybe I'll bite the bullet and watch The Hobbit.
But probably not.
Too sad, you don't have anything nice to say. But then, you haven't even seen the last two films, if I remember right.
That's exactly how I feel about it. In addition, and I believe many others are with me on this, I think one can only criticize a film/book/album etc after one has watched/read/listened to it.
In a way, you are funny. But what on earth do you want here or in the threads, that concern SF and DC? Obviously its nothing of your interest apart from spreading negativity without having seen the films. Pathetic really. And of a grown man in his 50's its even worse.
You are a nasty little goblin, aren't you?
