Yeah they did I think the Disney channel took it over :( but it doesn't matter for most of us.
Disney and James Bond - it's the first time that they've been linked since Never Send Flowers!
Why never read Bond books like novels tell me more. :-t Even though I am a Bond :-B
Well, it's where you'll meet my namesake, David Dragonpol. Get a copy on Amazon - it's written by Mr John Gardner, published in 1993 and features a serial killer in a plot to assassinate Princess Diana and her two sons at Euro Disney in Paris. I have a real love of this book. I'm writing a lengthy article on it for The Bondologist Blog and the 20th Anniversary.

But didn't she die in Paris anyway?
Yes, ironically she did indeed. But that was in 1997. This novel was published in 1993 when she was still very much alive as 'Lady Di' of the tabloid gutter press. No one could have foresaw what transpired in the Paris tunnel all of those years later.
Woah so he predicted the future? Cool.
Well, not as such. loosely. He was a very prescient writer, though. John Gardner predicted a lot of things. Go out and buy and read Never Send Flowers over the summer holidays. It's a good book, you won't regret it, I promise. Don't listen to Mr Ice on this one!
Ok where from link please? Really busy right now as you know.

A PM to one another would suffice, especially when this is off topic from the thread.
Thanks
Oh, sorry. We'll PM in future. Back to the topic. Thanks.
We;ll, I did say sorry above. Sorry again. I guess it just got out of hand, there.

Documentary to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the James Bond film franchise, featuring interviews with Daniel Craig and past 007s Roger Moore, George Lazenby, Timothy Dalton and Pierce Brosnan.
James Bond fans may think they know everything about Britain's greatest secret agent, but this trawl through the history of the film franchise (released to coincide with the 50th anniversary of Dr No) still feels like a refreshing affair. Not the usual wallow in girls, gadgets and villains, this instead chronicles the cultural icon through the prism of the lives of creator Ian Fleming and original producers Albert "Cubby" Broccoli and Harry Saltzman.
Director Stevan Riley (Fire in Babylon) skilfully illustrates the trio's relationship with a neat use of previously unseen archive, home movies and film clips, backed up by the best soundtrack you could ever wish to have - the franchise's themes and songs. All the 007s are interviewed (except for Connery, sadly), with the contributions from Lazenby, Moore and Brosnan being particularly humorous and insightful. Casual observers will be fascinated, and even Bond obsessives may find something new to chew on (such as the inspiration for the heroine in On Her Majesty's Secret Service and Connery's rapprochement with Broccoli on his death bed) during this revealing account of the genesis of cinema's most enduring series.

How author Ian Fleming developed his ideas for his series of novels about spy James Bond, who has featured in a movie franchise spanning 50 years. The programme delves into the war records of two people thought to have inspired the character of 007. Fleming's elder brother Peter, who served with distinction, in the Second World War, and Patrick Dalzel-Job, who led commando missions in Norway before working with the novelist in naval intelligence..
