Yep...I remember watching DAF,YOLT & TB for the first time and realising just how much extra footage there was compared to the TV recordings I had made.
- The scene on the horse-drawn carriage
- 'Back-end of horse' scene
OHMSS on 28th December 1998 - they cut:
-The Gumbold safe-cracking scene (all though this was quite common)
- other cuts were evident
AVTAK on 26th December 1998 - they cut:
- The scene where Bond and Stacey drink wine after their 'omelette'.
- 'Where's the fire?' was cut.
Dr. No on 2nd June 1999 a few things were missing
Licence to Kill August Bank Holiday 1998 - they cut:
- The Hong Kongese woman getting shot by Heller and his men
- 'Watch the birdy, you bastard'.
Thunderball on 19th June 1999 - they cut:
- Bond arriving by boat to the casino
- McClory's cameo and Bond bumping into woman before entering the casino
Moonraker on 28th July 1999 - they cut:
- The BA airways gag where the trolley from the van ends up in the advertising board.
As well as many others.
Also for the 1999 Double-0-Heaven season they advertised they would show every Bond film leading up to the premiere of TND. They didn't show GoldenEye which had its premiere earlier in March 1999

I'm not getting into specifics as my view on the films is pretty well known on here, though for me it's not getting any better. This was my 4th time watching it and it still ranks no. 24 for me.
Anway separate from my opinion the films was indeed cut. The obvious moment, Hinx's grisly entry was cut and also it looked like Bond escaping from the meeting was cut when Bond has an altercation with the bald guy to escape and of course the torture chair segment.
I didn't see anymore than that but par the course for ITV with Bond. The first time I'd watched a Bond films on terrestrial TV all the way through possibly for 20 years.
I've either owned them on VHS, DVD and now Blu ray so never felt the need to, watching Bond with adverts was indeed a strange experience.
I can!!!! Lol! No doubt edited to death like all the others!!!

Yes, I know I announced it two weeks ago, but I don't know what happened : was the movie deprogrammed and reprogrammed, or is it reaired ? Maybe DarthDimi could shed a light on that. Me, I don't Know.
