    I liked it a lot. Although it's way too long for what it is. The opening 40 minutes should have been severely trimmed IMO.

    Some of the action is breathtakingly inventive, but is marred by way too much CGI.

    I did love Chris Hemsworth in the film. A brilliantly demented addition to the Mad Max universe. Also good was Tom Burke as Praetorian Jack. A character in the vein of Max himself.

    First viewing was pretty overwhelming, so i will definitely be giving this another watch soon.

    Fair enough mate. Prequels are tricky, because we more or less know how they'll end up, as well as, 'is the story worth telling?'

    It's a shame Miller didn't use the opportunity to expand on the Mad Max universe with something new and original.
