And yes, Chuck Berry was one of the greatest. RIP
And another of the great ones passed away this week : Bernie Wrightson, the master of horror comics (Swamp Thing,Creepshow, and numerous others) died aged 68 from brain cancer.

;) Kidding of course. RIP sir.
Quentin Tarantino gave him his big break ;)
A true icon from a golden age of music!
It's with a sad heart that I have you to inform you of the following.
MI6 forum member @LordBrettSinclair passed away on February 1st, 2017, age 41.
He joined MI6 Community in December 2015 but only started to be active regularly in December 2016 and made some 160 posts.
As you may know, he was one of my four brothers-in-arms and a lifelong friend.
I believe it is appropriate to let you know, as JF (LordBrettSinclair) got to know some of you in his short time here.
I have asked his family for permission and like to share this picture with you. It was taken in late January. It shows him at his beloved work place. That last picture is a true gift for the people who loved him. It's so beautiful and peaceful.
I wish you all a good new week and give me a PM if you have any questions.
Best regards, Jason Stephen Bond
In the few times we spoke he seemed a genuinely friendly person and I'm sorry to hear of his passing.
From the Post Your Pic thread:
If it's not too sensitive a question.

Edit Just saw the @LordBrettSinclair news.
Very sad. Sincerest condolences.

Frankly, I didn't know he was still alive. Never read any of the novels, but Morse, Lewis and Endeavour have long been staples of sunday evenings on the third channel on french TV.
I met Dexter twice as a teenager when he came to my school in Oxford. Absolutely charming man, you couldn't fault him.
I've lived in Northern Ireland since 2008 and obviously McGuinness's death is all that's being discussed here. I will leave others to discuss his legacy as they see fit!
