I don't know what to say, mate. I'm absolutely devastated! What on Earth happened, friend?
My thoughts are with you and your family.
News to hear.
She had been sick for some time. My apartment seems so empty tonight.
I am so sorry to hear this @ToTheRight that is absolutely terrible. Sending you all my wishes for any kind of peace and comfort during such a tragic time for you. While an internet forum community may not have much we can offer, please let us know if you want to chat, have a group watch in the comments as you watch thread as a distraction, or anything else that can be of whatever help during such a trying time.
It's weird how life works and the people who you meet. About 10 years ago I was dating a woman who told me no girl would come within a thousand miles of me because I didn't own the latest car. Christine, literally traveled across the world to be with me and remained with me for the rest of her life proving my ex- wrong.
When Sir Roger passed on it was Christine who broke the news to me knowing how much he meant to myself and other Bond fans. To her Roger Moore felt like a member of the family. Same with Connery, Damn she's going to be a tough act to follow.
Again, thanks for everyone's support.
She did, actually. Her favorite was LALD. I may watch that one again soon in her honor. She also loved the Universal and especially the Hammer horrors, so I've been binging on some of those.
