The real question is how and where did he find them?
Sorry! I could not have known! I just saw them while surfing Google ... I was actually googling for recent pictures of ex-Bond girls for another post I made in the 'Royale Premiere of Skyfall' topic. Then I came across this site. Just stunning these pictures.
Have a look at this one. Bernard Lee was awesome on set ;-):

*edit- nevermind, there's a working link at the bottom of the 70's one
Very funny indeed! I have reasons for suspect this photo was Roger's idea!
Yes, I had to search it in google because didn't see the link...
And this one is pure gold (Fleming with Armendariz and Shaw). http://georgesjournal.files.wordpress.com/2012/03/from_russia_with_love_ian_fleming_pedro_armendariz_and_robert_shaw_on_location.jpg
I updated the link. Correct link now :-).
It's truly sad to read all the background info on Pedro Armendariz. If euthanesia was legal in those days, Pedro would have used it. Sad he had to kill himself because of incurable, insuufefrable pains (due to cancer).

Dubbed the ‘Unluckiest man in Hollywood’ by Empire magazine, Cavill has had his fair share of casting disappointments. First up, he missed out on ‘Superman Returns’ after director Bryan Singer dumped him in favour of Brandon Routh. Next, he lost Cedric Diggory in ‘Harry Potter And The Goblet Of Fire’ to Robert Pattinson. Then he was the man touted to be the next Bond before he was deemed too young and sidelined in favour of Daniel Craig.
The picture above is an 100% authentic photo of Henry Cavill in 2005 auditioning for the role of James Bond in Casino Royale. The scene he is reading here is the casino banter between Bond and Xenia Onatopp from GoldenEye. Cavill was only 22 when he shot this test.
No need to two threads covering the same subject.
