Latest Odds on 2013 Oscars for Skyfall
I've just seen the latest prices at golderby.com and sadly Dan and Javier bardem are only 100-1 at this stage. Hardly unexpected considering the academy's snobbishness towards the franchise. Let's hope the odds shorten as the buzz around the film continues. Better news is the Skyfall is better tipped in the technical categories ie cinematography (again hardly suprising considering the DOP involved). Best of all Adele is currently second favourite at 10-3 for Best song. This surely bodes well for her to at least pick up a nomination. Production design is also looking quite promising at this early stage in the running.
