Which Bond do you most closely resemble (personality, looks, etc.)

edited October 2012 in Actors Posts: 51
This recently popped into my head and I thought it might make a good discussion topic. I hope I haven't placed it in the wrong category or repeated a similar topic:

Which Bond do you most closely resemble (in terms of personality, looks, etc.)? Which Bond do you wish you were more like?

For me, I feel like I share a similar personality with Timothy Dalton - a more serious type, but still able to joke around. On the other hand, I've always felt shrimpy and am trying to bulk up more - more like Craig, perhaps. Unfortunately, however, I am beginning to look more like Sean Connery, as I am beginning to lose my hair at age 22!

Brosnan is who I'd like to say I may be more like- he was the good guy Bond; Dalton is my favourite for looks & character- a Bond I really wouldn't want to be...

Humm, not sure. I've always felt that I was more like Sir Roger. At least, I've always tried to be like him!

Looks-wise, I guess I look a bit closer to Connery than I do Moore. I've got dark hair, dark eyes.

I guess I'm most like those two, although my dress sense is closer to Craig.

I look like a mix between Connery and Brosnan. Personality wise I'm just like Craig.

I look like Jamie Foxx but my personality is that of Connery and Craig and I dress like Craig.

Don't we have this thread, somewhere?

I'm mainly like Craig, personality-wise. I look a lot like Connery back in the 80s (and I'm slowly working my way toward having his beard).

One of my friends actually thinks I bare a pretty strong resemblance to Timothy Dalton and this wasn't in answer 'to which Bond do I look like'. He's apparently said it for years although I personally don't quite see it.

Out of all the Bonds I'd say my personality resembles that of Dalton and Craig the most.

And in answer to your last question: Craig.

I'd like to think as myself in terms of personality and looks as a cross between Brosnan and Craig :-)

I think I'm closer to Sir Rog' circa. 1973, because of the brown hair and slightly matured baby face. I'd say I'm about his height, but a bit slimmer. Personality-wise, I'm always relaxed and making gags. A bit of sheer magnetism thrown in there too, I think. ;)

Definitley Rog, I don't do serious!

Look wise, nowhere near good looking enough to resemble any of them really, maybe a puny version of DC!

Looks wise I would put you somewhere between Connery and Lazenby.

I would say Auric Goldfinger would be the best match when compared with the movie-character. O:-)

    Personality: Roger Moore
Looks: A clinically obese Daniel Craig
  • As far as personality I'd lean towards Brosnan actually-- though I don't think I look like any of them
  • Looks: a cross between Brosnan and Craig with Dalton's perma-scowl.
Personality: I got to say Connery. Brute, brash, but also cool, calm and collected. Plus, I can do a panther walk :D
  • I'm probably closest to one of the chimps from the Brooke Bond adverts

I've got the Craig walk and facial movements, and in terms of looks...I have no idea. I can't compare to those men.

I have brown hair, dark brown eyes, and dimples so I closely match Connery. As for personality I am drawn back from the crowd, more of the silent type in most situations and only have a small score of friends I would take a bullet for (though the small number are so special they are worth a thousand other "friendships"). I tend to be more of a realistic thinking man, or a cynic as you could say today, so that matches Craig's Bond a bit too. I am also quite reasonably fit (enjoy working out too).

Makes sense, considering Dan and Sean are my 2 favorite Bonds.

While I am a bit on the heavy side, I always thought of myself as a Brosnan type with a touch of Craig. :)

  • Daniel Craig looks & personality. Blond you see, with a touch of grey, you know your getting older when Bond is younger than you are!

@Murdock, I can't get over how jealous I am when I see that Walther of yours, airsoft gun or not. It looks so nice.

@Creasy47 Thank you, it wasn't cheap but it was worth it.

@Murdock, no problem. It suits you well. How much did it cost you, suppressor and all?

The airsoft gun itself was $150 and the suppresser was free as it's just a simple receipt paper tube that I fitted over the orange tip after putting a thin layer of electrical tape on it.

It was, but my one complaint with it is it doesn't shoot semi automatically when theres no pellets in the clip.
