There won't be one. There are a few Skyfall missions tossed on to 007 Legends as dlc, but that's it I'm afraid.

license is up at the end of 2014, it may or may not be renewed, I suspect though danjac will already be adertising this fact to engage with other companies and see what publishers may bring to the table.

Yes, it will expire in 2014, and I doubt they're willing to do any new Bond game.
