It was a very clever trivia! I've never guess without that many clues.
This is my trivia: We all know that Johnny Cash made a song for Thunderball that was rejected (in my opinion, a fine tune for Mr Cash but not appropiate for Bond).
So my question is, Which is the other connection between Johnny Cash and the James Bond movies?
That's right! John was godfather of one of Jane Seymour's children and he appeared along with June in Dr Quinn. So you are correct, their Cash-Solitaire is the connection. Very good!
