We see Bond visiting M's home in OHMSS, CR and Skyfall.

@tanaka123, bravo! That is indeed what I had in mind.

Interesting to note that if we see Bond in shadow first, we shall also see Ms home, and that later leads to the main girl being killed.

Obviously @tanaka123 can take the turn, but I think you forgot QOS from the list of films that feature M's house. I'm thinking of the scene in the bathroom where the bath is running and a voice (M's husband presumably ) says "you're line."

Hm, forgot about that. Let s say Bond visit Ms house, then.

@Thunderfinger - they all feature a theme song from an earlier Bond film

OHMSS - the guy whistling Goldfinger
TMWTGG - short phrase of LALD as we first see Pepper
FYEO - Nobody Does it Better on the number pad for the Identitkit
DAD - Short phrase from Nobody Does it Better as Verity is introduced.

I guess I can ask my question, then : What do Sir Roger Moore and Timothy Dalton have in common ?

Clue : it's something that happened to them in the early years of their respective career, and it's very close to my heart.

They both killed a pigeon ?

Nope. It has something to do with Royalty.

I'm just guessing here, but did they both meet Her Majesty The Queen as Schoolboys ?
No.. Much closer to roaylty than that. Another clue : one of them had reason to regret taking part in a joust.

They've both played Kings of France in movies? Sir Roger as King Henri II in the movie Diane (1956) and Tim Dalton played King Philip II in the 1968 movie, The Lion In Winter.

And the prize goes to Shark-Of-Largo. Indeed, both actors have played kings of France. The joust clue was a reference to the manner in which Henri the second died (during a tournament).

The floor is how yours, sir !
