Yeah, judging by the rest of the site and tone of the articles, I'd say this is a joke webpage meant for pulling legs and poking fun.

And the stupidest rumour too.
1. she is still vastly attractive
2. She could play the villain (the property of a lady as the title)
3. it's the internet don't believe everything you read

It is false. It's one of the numerous satire sites attempting to ride off the back of The Onion, with awful results.
And in related news, Bond24's title has been confirmed:

This actually has possibilities. Imagine a spider of an old crone, cloistered away in her remote fastness, directing her acolytes to do her evil bidding. Imagine, in other words, a sort of female Blofeld (Blofelda?). I could get on board with this as being far more interesting and successful than the beautiful young Marceau as a villainess.
That would work beautifully, and be in spirit with Fleming's creations such as Rosa Klebb and Irma Bunt. But don't you give anybody here any idea about a female Blofeld! As if changing his age and race was not bad enough! I know you do not mean literally, but since the idea has been suggested before, be careful.
Oh and on a side note, I read some magazines that considered Rosa Klebb and Irma Bunt Bond girls, because they were women in a Bond movie. Stupid, but it may explain why such stupid rumor shows up.
Good call. Yes, I could picture her as a head villainess with her own lackey.

Yes, stuff like this always repeats itsself even in the better sources. It would make me really sad, too. A Bond film needs a beautiful woman for the guys to water their mouthes. ;;) This is just girl next doorish.
Somehow I don't see her being cast.
