@jake24 he talks about his role:

He is a killer and his job is to kill Q. He said that he follows Q - and hat the showdown is in the ropeway.
He said that he did not play together with Waltz or Craig.

He also talked about how he got the role and that he thinks that German actors are often chosen for Bond movies because they still have the bad Nazi image...

SPOILERS!! He talks about his role - what he is and what he does and with whom he did/didn't play!!

Mr Bothe, you were able to get an underpart in the new James Bond "Spectre". What does your role look like and how were your first days of shooting?
I play a killer. My target is Q, played by Ben Whishaw. I follow him and then there is the showdown in a ropeway - of course I won't say how this ends. I already had my first days of shooting, in Janurary in Sölden. More than 500 people from the production company were there. In my scene luckily there were less people - in that case it would have been quite cuddly (laughts). But is is a very different experience to work in such a dimension. I do know big sets, but that in Austria was more like a camp with tents. Sadly I had no chance to act together with the main characters, although I know Christoph Waltz, who plays the villain. I also saw Daniel Craig just by chance: at night, at the street. And to be honest - I just identified him through his jacket.

Well, he does not say very much... Only

that he is not allowed to say anything, that he is ready with filming, that it was very funny and that filming SPECTRE was the best of his Bond experiences. And that they are paranoid after the Sony-leak ;)

This is just my prediction:

I suppose we will see the next videoblog on the 19th of February (Thursday - the last 2 videoblogs were released on Thursdays). Filming in Rome finishes on the 14th of February (Saturday) - and then when they put the behind the scenes video together that will be ready by Thursday, this is just my prediction.

And then we should be seeing the trailer later in March (28th)
