It is still not confirmed if they will be filming along the Tiber where Castle Sant' Angelo is or are they going to film the approach to Ponte Sisto. But I think they will be filming the Ponte Sisto approach tonight/overnight.
This would mean that the Castle San't Angelo scenes will be filmed in the studio - only the interior of the cars with Daniel and Dave, as @SkyfallCraig mentioned that there isn't a path that links all of the paths.

I saw her recently in the US version of the tv show, the Bridge. She was very good in it, and very charismatic. Looking forward to her contributions in SP.

Nice to see a lesser known actress to play a smaller Bond girl role.

    I don't know :-). What's wrong with a bigger famous name?

I wonder what's going on in the leaks thread. Seems unusually active.
P.S. Can you believe that if Marketto's news were true, the first trailer could come in 18 days!

mainly discussing the photos from Italy and the one from Mexico posted above and, for some reason, whether LTK was underrated - something a new member asked.

oh, I don't know, they still have 3 days of shooting. I think they will film all the section we saw in the map. All those sections are not linked between each other, far roads, different sides of the Tiber path, etc

@SkyfallCraig Thanks for that. Do you have any news on tonight and overnight shooting for today? Have they started filming?

It soon becomes clear why the budget is so huge.

For small roles, it becomes very distracting. Much better to have someone who is lesser known and the character will take full stage, so to speak.

Bond girls work better as either unknown (Ursula Andress, Luciana Paluzzi, Daniela Bianchi) or respected veteran actresses who may be semi-famous but are no superstars (Diana Rigg, hopefully and I dare say probably Monica Bellucci). But anyway, if Bond beds her once and her role lasts a few minutes, why have freaking star playing her?

They will indeed be filming along the River Pathway at Castle San't Angelo and the surrounding bridges.

It is still not known when the crew will film those scenes.
Probably we will know more by tomorrow afternoon

    New addition to the cast:
    Lara Parmiani-Williams as Hotel employee

Did we ever find out if they filmed at the Grand Hotel Lienz?

EDIT: Actress is Italian, so could they be filming at a hotel in Rome? Perhaps a set was built at Pinewood.

I was wondering the same thing the last couple of days.

I think they didn't, I think the crew/cast stayed there

Exactly! Spectre really seem to be much bigger than Skyfall was. More foreign locations, larger action scenes and I wouldn't be surprised if the runtime of the movie were significantly longer too. I am usually against the "bigger and better" mentality, but not in this case, for two reasons: 1. Skyfall was very UK centric for a Bond film (so more locations in Spectre are not a bad thing), 2. That movie was surprisingly low on action for a big blockbuster (so more action scenes this time don't necessarily result in a too action heavy film).

I hope SPECTRE's promotional campaign will being the return of this:k5ECzIu.png
    Robert McGinnis did this?

Not exactly. McGinnis had painted an image of Daniel Craig for Casino Royale and I had photoshopped it onto McGinnis's painting of Sir Roger Moore's Bond.

I really believe we'll have a car chase in the making that will be branded "cinematic masterpiece" during the first journalist screenings of "SPECTRE" :-).

If my dreams come true we'll get Daniel's TSWLM ;)
