Great to see some new locations. I somehow envisioned the Mexico parts would take place at dusk/night, but looks like it will be during the day.

Except the funeral scene in Rome, all the things I've seen so far are almost exactly the way I envisioned them when I read the script. This may be a good or a bad sign.

    Marco Sciarra -
bad guy and member of SPECTRE
    1179142.jpg

He's Alessandro Cremona and according to IMDB his character is called Marco Sciarra, so he's the husband of Lucia Sciarra (Monica Bellucci).

If there's any spoiler, I didn't catch them. Was it in the things she was saying? Thankfully I do not speak Spanish.

So he is the one who is being buried in Rome?

Yup. So I'm assuming he is killed by Bond in the PTS.

    Would make sense.
And make for nice interaction between Bond and Lucia Sciarra.

So it seems the double-breasted suit is back in a Bond film for the first time since....FYEO ;-).

Let's do some runtime estimation, shall we?
Not really any spoilers, however I'd keep away if you don't want to know when the locations are placed throughout the film.
    PTS- 10 min.

    London Scenes- 25 min.

    Rome- 25 min.

    Austria- 25 min.

Morocco- 10 min. No - it's much longer

    London- 30 min.

So based on this very rough estimate, probably around 2hr 5m.
    SF/SP comparison:

This is a Sonyleaks-Spoiler. Because how on Earth can people know exactly how long the movie will last at this stage?? It could very well be that things change during the editing. Running time guessing at this stage is plain useless I think.

If according to the first leaked screenplay from Sonyleaks the screenplay was indeed guessing a 203 clapperboarded scenes, then I truly hope the rewrites have a tighter screenplay. But it seems so far that also "SPECTRE" will become part of those four rare Bond films with at least a 138 min runtime: "OHMSS", "CR", "SF" and indeed "SPECTRE".

    @Gustav_Graves
A scene can be 10 seconds or up to five minutes. Besides - of the 203 SP scenes - many are omitted. So it's more like 160-170-ish. Besides: It's the amount of pages that count
The runtime for SP will be 140-145 min. I am almost 100% sure, unless they have changed things in a major way.

I have just been confirmed by a reliable source that today the real action filming starts in Mexico. Today Daniel Craig and Alessandro Cremona (Marco Sciarra) will be filming scenes together. Filming will continue until the 24th of March in Donceles Calla de Tacuba and the other streets around Plaza Tolsa. On the 25th filming starts in Zocalo, until they wrap up in the historic centre on the 1st of April. After that, they will move to that location which I posted photos of a couple of weeks back, the National Museum of Anthropology.
I can't wait to see how filming goes today.

Very good news. So the film will have time to breathe.

Still, I rather have a longer film then QOS. QOS had a huge budget for the time and you wouldn't see it on screen. This - at least - looks beautiful.

I would rather have a longer run time too, as long as it's paced well we'll be fine.

I wonder if we'll get any Waltz in the trailer. Maybe a shot from behind where you can't see his face.

Having someone like Waltz on board, they will make sure they promote him.

They didn't show Javier Bardem in the teaser trailer, only his silhouette.
