I am not sure about the first option. Wasn't Waltz on shoot in Rome? I am not sure. They can be both true: Waltz as Oberhauser meets Bond at the funeral, Waltz as Blofeld, if he is indeed Blofeld, in shadow in SPECTRE meeting. On a side note: it would be a great way for a villain to be first introduced in a funeral and very original too. I am not saying it should or will, but it would be nice.

Totally agree! They are really using every penny of the budget on how the film looks, to every little detail. It is visually amazing, from an amateur camera, who knows how well it will look in IMAX in November.
