    I like it, @Sandy. ;))

And Moneypenny could break her leg as they leave, so then we see her desk-bound for the rest of the film, thereby reassuring all those viewers who don't want her as a sidekick in action to Bond out there in the big bad agent world - yet still bantering with him via cell phone. :D

    :))

My gut feeling tells me...no skiing. Sorry...fun thing is - time will tell. Definitely!!

You should take a recording of the OHMSS theme with you, next time you're in the bushes outside his house. It might get him thinking about those sweeping vistas.

Hey, old friend - next time you poke fun at me, make yourself more clear, so that my poor, DC infiltered brains get it. Sweeping vistas??

The epic snow scenes in OHMSS. It's a Bond film.

Well, the wrong one is leaving....the one positive that glows about Skyfall is the beautiful cinematography...now Deakins is leaving and even that is in the wind. I don't want Skyfall part two.

That'd be useful, yeah :) I can remember a bit of Spanish from school and I know a few words in Welsh but I've always been crap with other languages.

I want a villain lair like Piz Gloria or Blofeld's Volcano for Bond 24.

Skiing or no skiing, Switzerland needs to return! It's probably the most Bondian country after the UK and the various Caribbean states.

I thought it actually was a still from Blofeld's lair until I went searching for it. Nice find @Murdock! It's a former anti-atomic shelter... more pics here:

@thelivingroyale GL didn't get the "sweeping vistas" so Suivez gave a German translation. I gave a better one ;)

It's Wikileaks former Swedish office. I would have been great in SF, considering it's a server room in there somewhere!

Ich habe ein bisschen Deutsch gesprochen, aber ich habe nach alles vergessen. Y he hablado un poco Espanol tambien, pero, hm, todo oblivado (?). I contribute to a French/English translation forum, Word Reference (as a native French speaker for English contributors wanting to translate into French, don't worry I don't contribute the other way around). I know how easily you sound 'dumb' when translation problems occur. Alas I notice often on English-speaking forums that a lot of native speakers simply don't take into account the fact they discuss with someone who's not speaking his/her native language. I dare say it doesn't happen on French-speaking forums for instance...

RC7's avatar is good old Roger. I wonder if he can do like Roger (go to 1min here). He's speaking French for 2 or 3 minutes and is clearly not reading lines. The accent is very strong but he understands it very well and can speak it quite well... for an Englishman :)

Roger also spoke German (and Italian and possibly Spanish but I'm not sure) very well for an international promo reel for the Persuaders (although in this case he most probably was reading lines, but he nevertheless did it very well). It's a bonus on the French DVD, but I could not find it on Youtube or elsewhere.

French, Spanish a little Russian, and some basic Thai and Vietnamese. Alas, the whole writing part is something different. C'est la vie.

Emmanuel Lubezki won this night Oscar for his cinematography for Gravity.
Glenn Freemantle won oscar for best sound editing for Gravity
Sound Mixing department of Gravity won oscar
Visual Effects department of Gravity won oscar
Mark Sanger won oscar for best editor for Gravity

John Ridley won best adapted (Based on novel) screenplay for 12 Years a Slave
Patricia Norris won best costume design for 12 Years a Slave

Because Chris Munro is part of Soundmixing he wil possible return. He whas a soundmixer of Casino Royale.

So can we now be sjure of Glenn Freemantle and Niv Adiri for Bond 24 ?, that be nice idea with in mind Freemantle be sound editor for Johny English reborn whyle Niv Adiri be music editor (Part of soundmixer department) of Johny English Reborn. Wil Neil Corbould (Visual Effects) help his Brother Chris Corbould (Effects guy of Bond for years..) ?

If not Stuard Baid, mabey Mark Sanger as editor ? John Ridley help John Logan ? Patricia Norris costume designer ?

So ... Steven Price won an Oscar for best original score for Gravity. Anyone know his other work? How would he be for Bond 24? (I do think Mendes has already talked to someone of his choice by now, though.)

He's a big name in music editing (e.g. LOTR trilogy) but hasn't worked much as a composer. I only know his Gravity work and although I can say it was very good (it did win the Oscar) for me it was not memorable, it was simply fitting and unobtrusive. I would much prefer another Mr. Price, first name Michael.

He will be busy working on Ant-Man. I still think Thomas Newman will return.

Thanks for the update about Gravity. I sugest him in October already .

See my post of 12 January with more about his earlier work..

That he work on Ant-Man now can be problem, but there be enough composers who doing 2 movies a year.

No B24 news, but even though, we can see a Ralph Fiennes with a very good sense of humour there.
