    Voting has now closed.

    On paper, this was the best match of the 2nd round. With the remaining participants, I don't think we'll have a matchup this epic. I honestly thought this wouldn't have been a close match.

    I was wrong. This was Thrilla in Manila magnitude. Both ladies went the full 15 rounds and fought their hearts out. Alas, only one can advance. By a 9-8 count, I hereby declare this the match of the tournament thus far. The winner by split decision is.....

    You really have to feel for Vesper in this one. She gave it her all in a very tough draw but came up just short. Thank or blame Luds folks. ;-)

    Give it up for both ladies. Next match will be up shortly.

    Also, for you Casino Royales fans, I sadly report that Casino Royale is out of the competition.

    I don't know how the Randomnator is going to follow this, but let's see what the Randomnator has in store for us today.

    Well, we do have a battle of sole survivors today. Both participants are the last remaining women from their respective films.

    Our first participant saw two of her filmmates fall by a huge upset and a tough draw. Defending her film's honor, she destroyed Dalton's buddy, the rather curvy Czech agent. Now she looks forward a mountainside chase and a shootout if necessary. She is the last remaining participant from Goldfinger. Please welcome Tania Mallet...

    I just now noticed that the actress and her character has the same initials. Fancy that.

    Tilly's opponent is the last remaining woman from her film. Her film counterpart was eliminated earlier in the second round. This woman made easy work of Moneypenny's understudy. Now she has more of challenge ahead of her. She will use her survival training to smoke out her opponent. She will battle underwater if need be.     YES!!!!!!!! :-D
    You really have to feel for Vesper in this one.
    To her credit, Miss Lynd is the best of all the Mike & Babs era(1995-present) primary female leads. She just had the misfortune of taking on the one, the only VOLPE.
    She gave it her all in a very tough draw but came up just short. Thank or blame Luds folks. ;-)
