Which of the two stale meals consumed in the novel Thunderball would you choose?

In Thunderball Fleming, as always, goes into great detail to describe the meals consumed by James and Felix.
"Bond chose Native Seafood Cocktail Supréme followed by Disjointed Home Farm Chicken, Sauté au Cresson"
"Leiter went for the Baltic Herring in Sour Cream followed by 'Chopped Tenderloin of Beef and French Onion Rings'".
Which would you choose?

Both sound very nice, do I have to choice? If so, I'd choose Bond's meal.

I, too, would go for Bond's meal. It sounds slightly better than what Leiter goes for.
  • I personally prefer the sound of Leiter's. Mostly because i'd take beef over chicken.
