though short the fights in YOLT were pretty good:-

Bond vs Hans in the volcano, where Hans pins Bond against the fireplace, and Bond fights back with wicked punches to Hans stomach.

Then there's the fight between Bond and the Japanese goon at Osato's offices, good use of a settee in that fight scene too!

    Best fight then? Probably.

Best fight ever now? It's great but I don't think so. I think the best Bond fight is the TLD cargo net fight and the best fight scene ever in a film? I'm not sure. Probably something with Jackie Chan.

It's Connerys best fight scene though (although I love the one in the TB PTS with the tranny and I like the scrap with Oddjob because of the tension).
Unless you are a Partridge fan or have heard of Robins Nest the humour in that statement is likely to be lost on you so just ignore it.

On the subject of Partridge did you know they're doing a film? It was meant to be out this year but I've heard nothing about it for ages so it doesn't seem that likely.

Yeah I think it's being filmed now. There was something in last months Empire giving a release date of August. Whether it will be any good of course.... I'm generally sceptical of TV comedies that try to do films. I think it's harder to have a good enough story to keep the quality up over 2 hours whereas with 6 half hours you get to have 6 different stories.

But if its a success I would happily have a Partridge film every other year to make up for a Bond free year.
