Don't get me wrong, I'm still ok with the actual film on average.
(I like the current curve it happened with Skyfall...)
1. To much violence action. There happend to much in the beginning (PTS, Stairfight) and airport is to much 24/Die Hard and then that silly joke at the end. It be to much for introducing a new Bond.
2. Vesper/Eva Green
3. Dryden/No gunbarrel at the start
4. Solange / joke Astin Martin
5. The end with to much big gun and after so much violence saying Bond James Bond / End credits music
And again not easy to complane about the Editing, story, the music, cinematopgraphy who be simalar to Twine, but for a part be responsible for the violence, not be enough drama-humor/not enough love scene between Bond and her, to much agression, Daniel Craig Monkey, direspect, to low rank for the movie, trailer who give another idea about the movie. Title song who not be on the soundtrack who be dificult to get too. The bad promotion of the movie. After QOS i like Mathis and Felix more then in CR.
The first 2 things in specialy made that i rank the movie lower then Skyfall, whyle iam stil in doubt with future re-rank to at Skyfall to lower place and mabey under Casino Royale. Skyfall is by times to empty, but les violence. CR have Madagascar who i think also be bit to much DC monkey but Skyfall not have any good action scene, the first part of the PTC whas good, but stil Skyfall mabey missing one extra.
5) Bond eating caviar in not the most refined way
4) No need to mention Rolex, just show the Omega or make an Omega comment is sufficient.
3) The sinking house in Venice seems perhaps a tad overdone, and I am not a fan of CGI
2) The too convenient defibrillator
1) The last 1/4 is perhaps a tad too long
Note: Craig coming out of the sea and the "stripped of my armour" line will be on my top 5 10 list. ;)
I like the line all right. Like I said I was scraping the bottom for anything I dislike about CR, when there's practically nothing.
The DB5 is cringe inducingly shoe-horned in. We are having a bold reboot so why the need to give the fanboys this pathetic comfort blanket which was bad enough when it cropped up in GE and TND?
5. The apparently infinite amount of air in Bond's lungs when he's trying to rescue Vesper underwater.
4. Solange's introduction. Call me what you will, something about it just doesn't sit right with me.
3. Needless poisoning sequence, it was cool and all, but the bit with the defibrillator failing was just silly.
2. "Rolex?" "...Omega"
1. The collapsing house sequence.
I'm not sure exactly what he does wrong here. He doesn't tuck his napkin in his shirt collar or end up with Beluga smeared all round his chops.
If he just chomps it down with gusto doesn't this tie in with Bond's comment in the book that it is merely good wholesome food?
2. Most of the dialouge between Vesper and Bond as poor as the stuff with Jinx.
3. Unconvincing romance.
4. PTS is very TV Movie.
5. "Bond, James Bond" at the end just feels forced.
3. Craig's seems uncomfortable with his new found status as a "sex god", in the bedroom scene with Solange.
2. I wish the climax wasn't so over the top.
1. Bond breaking in to M's flat.
P.s. Ivana Miličević (Valenka) was in Buffy the Vampire Slayer as Samantha Finn, in Season 6, "As You Were"! I only just found that out. I make my own fun...

4 - That last hand...
3 - The train scene with Bond and Vesper. Brilliant!
2 - Torture scene + Mr White drops by
1 - Bond puts on the smoking, Arnold touches the Bond Theme ever so slightly...
2. The shower scene with Vesper. David Arnold really excels here with his score.
3. The DBS crashes and the torture scene which follows. Wonderfully acted. Not enough credit give to Mads Mikkleson "But you are SO WRONG!!!"
4. Bond's sadistic smile after Carlos inadvertently blows himself up.
5. Daniel Craig. Quite simply a knockout performance. After all the trashing he got from certain corners of the press and some fans, he delivers on every level.
(Also a brief mention to when Bond is cleaning himself up after the stairwell fight and his look into the mirror).
20: The poisoning sequence. Leaving out the defibrilator part since most people loathe it (I
EDIT: Oh wonderful. I go to make one edit and the forum eats my list.
4. Bond blowing up Carlos and grinning about it.
3. David Arnold's score. Finally got his footing for this one and kept the Techno elements to a minimum.
2. Torture sequence.
1. Pre Title Sequence.
5. The scene where Bond meets Vesper on the train in Montenegro..
4. The chase in Madagascar..
3. The scene where Bond get's poisoned..
2. In the Bahamas, when beautiful Solange is riding her horse down the beach and Bond comes out of the water to a very John Barry style music..
1. The beautiful, haunting music score for Bond and Vesper's shower scene, and thier love scenes in Lake Como..
1. Bond putting on the tux, adjusting the dickie in the mirror and the seductive and powerful score with a smattering of the Bond theme. A tour de force of a scene.
2. "Yes, considerably"
3. The entire Madagascar footchase with Mollaka from the snakepit right through to the embassy. Arnold's score is simply wonderful
4. Bahamas plane + Bond's cool disembarkment + score = perfection
5. Finger sucking in the shower with Vesper and the melancholic score. Once again, Arnold hits the jackpot here
6. "That last hand...nearly killed me"
7. Car chase leading into the brilliant torture scene. Mikkelson excels here as the desperate Le Chiffre - "You are SO WRONG!"
8. Vesper's death
9. Craig utters the immortal line for the first time - "The name's Bond. James Bond"
10. The title sequence as a whole, but particularly when the 7 card gets shot twice making it 007 (very cool touch)
2. Whyle i think in totaly the beginning be to much and DC introduced as Monkey, after four views i think now Madagascar scene (Started after the maintitle include) be til the moment of embassy break in think it is oke.
3. Bahamas plane intro / Car parking Joke
4. There are only 2 moments from solange, her introducing with the horse and her death on same beach.
5. Mammie is very mad. Bond breaking in M her house.
Because of the quistion be best moment and not best thing, i stil whant give a special credit for The museum statue. The museum scene it self iam not big fan, of course because it is part of Airport scene.
1) Vesper and Bond - pretty much every scene, especially their meet on the train, the shower scene, the casino scenes, his quitting to be with her ... well, yes, let's just say Vesper and Bond (Green and Craig - great chemistry, sparkling dialog; - very fine, believable acting)
2) The fantastic title sequence and PTS - clever, brilliant, creative and perfect
3) The stairwell fight - brutal, one of the best and most realistic fights, very well shot
4) Bond breaking into M's apartment; and all of Bond with M, their dialog and relationship
5) Mathis -a lovely character played with warmth and grace by a great actor
6) Leiter - this Leiter is nuanced, fun, and enjoyable; I hope he keeps returning
7) "This last hand nearly killed me" ... so Bond
8) "You Know My Name" - the theme song rocked! and so appropriate
9) The ending, breaking into the Bond theme - a great way to end a Bond film ... the promise of more Bond to come is palpable and the song slamming in on that very moment is inspiring indeed
10) "Yes, considerably" - I know I already mentioned the PTS, but this one line is so perfectly delivered, it has really stayed with me. I just love it.
10. Bond ordering the Vesper martini.
9. The way Bond distracts the guards at the hotel in Nassau. The way he smashes up the guy's ride and chucks the keys carelessly. Bad ass and hysterical.
8. The opening titles and 'You Know My Name'
7. Jeffrey Wright as Felix Leiter. Best ever.
6. Any tension-packed poker scene between Bond and Le Chiffre.
5. The chase at the beginning of the film, all through the construction site, up and down and sometimes through. Awesome.
4. "Yes, considerably."
3. The PTS, especially the fight.
2. Bond's initial reaction to Vesper's death.
1. Daniel Craig as James Bond and Eva Green as Vesper Lynd. Every scene together. Green and Craig had the best onscreen chemistry between Bond and a girl since OHMSS with Laz and Diana.
1. The whole PTS segueing into the amazing title sequence. Not since GF has a Bond film grabbed you by the bollocks and squeezed so hard. Possibly the best 5 minutes I've ever had in a cinema.
2. The stairwell fight followed by the scene when Bond cleans himself up. A stunning, brutal fight to the death followed by a pure Fleming moment as Bond questions himself in the mirror. Great acting by Craig.
3. Vesper - sexy, intelligent, great banter and with the vulnerability of a classic Fleming Bond girl. And not forgetting, to quote Richie and Eddie from Bottom, 'a wazzo pair of jugs.'
4. The card game - ok not Baccarat but it in all other respects nails the excitement and tension of the novel.
5. The fact that apart from the first act of TLD its the first pretty faithful adaptation of a Fleming novel since OHMSS.
