Dumbest: Truman Lodge. Seriously it's not good to insult your psychopathic boss when he's just watched $80 mil go up in smoke AND he's wielding an Uzi.

Most Tragic: Della. Arguably the most brutal death in any Bond film, and she didn't deserve any of it.

Most tragic: Valentin - Come on! The poor fellow's knees ache every . single . day. (Twice as bad when it gets cold - do you realise how long the winter lasts in this country, huh?, do you? Tell him, Dmitri!)
Prettiest: Natalya by far (I think one of the loveliest Bond girls ever, top tier)
Dumbest: Boris ... also "most annoying" (just winning out over the abominable Jack Wade)
Funniest: Valentin (what a brilliant character, so perfectly played!)
Most tragic: TIE ~ the poor admiral who just wanted to have a good time and was killed in the middle of trying to have a good time with Xenia AND the poor schmucks just doing their job on their computers and such who were machine-gunned to death by (yes, again) Xenia
Coolest: Ourumov - Because when you're being chased by a tank through St Petersburg you just have to have a drink (Use the bumper! That's what it's for)
Prettiest: Xenia - Only Famke Janssen can make crushing a man to death with her thighs sexy

Most Tragic: The sailor who gets his hand crushed by Stamper and then machine gunned along with his fellow seamen sailors ;-)
We're buggered anyway, @WillyGalore. Even if the 'entire' fleet is sent to battle the Chinese, we'll still look like a fly trying to knock down an elephant. ;-)
To be fair, I think these days our 'fleet' consists of a couple of fat blokes in a pedalo. ;-)
