6) In the theater seeing it for the second time.
5) Privacy please. I just want to be alone and escape for a bit.

Six moments when Bond came closest to defeat.
5 - Tiger helicopter self-destruct protocol.
4 - GF's laser table.
3 - Bullet from Moneypenny, somehow survived. Close one no doubt.
2 - Fire rampage in the Dunes hotel, big luck the gas tank revealed itself.
1 - Torture by LeChiffre, unexpected rescue from White.
Funny how we have the exact same six.
CR - Torture by Le Chiffre
LTK - Dangling over shredder which just ate Dario.
DAF - The cremation
QOS - Death by fire within a few seconds if the gas tank hadn't blown.
CR - The poisoning by Valenka. Dead within seconds if not rescued.
MR - The centrifuge. Chang was fully intent on killing him, just barely saved by a Q gadget.
2. 'Death' - Skyfall
3. Cremation - DAF
4. Laser Table - GF
5. Torture by Le Chiffre - CR
6. Stuck in the plane - GE
Honourable Mention: Fire in the Dunes - QOS
4. Dirty martini- CR
3. Laser- GF
2. The coffin- DAF
1. Torture by Le Chiffre- CR
5. Laser (GF) #the most classic
4. The shredder (LTK) #the most painful
3. Dirty Martini (CR) #no matter how many times I watch it, it still makes me afraid of losing 007
2. Three (or seven?) more tics (GF) #imagine the fire of the nuclear devise
1. The coffin (DAF) #there was no way to escape from that
2. The torture scene (CR)
3. Bond being poisoned (CR)
4. The lazer table (GF)
5. Almost being killed by Largo on the Disco Valante (TB)
6. The torture scene (TWINE)
There are several more though.
5- Bond about to be drugged and taken to London to be court martialed and likely imprisoned for almost causing a MI6 mission to fail. Sanchez and his men knew about the mission, though, and thus, they unwillingly saved the man who would defeat them.
4- A truck passed by when the 3 Blind Mice had Bond in target for an easy shot.
3- Domino killed Largo when he was about to stab Bond. I think the mission was accomplished anyway, though, and so was when Columbo saved Bond from Kristatos. A kind of reversal from number 6.
2- Bond and Holly have the great luck to see Jaws and Dolly passing by and willing to help. Otherwise, all four of them would have been killed.
1- Blofeld shoot Osato instead of Bond. I still wonder why, but maybe for SPECTRE, like Fleming states in the novels, its honor as an evil society is over anything.
2. So how do we get back home, and by home, I mean Earth.
3. Quit clowning around and remove that detonator.
4. Le Chiffre: "Testes, testes, one, two ... three?"
5. This laser should remove that bump Sean.
6. If you're going to be eaten by a shark, may as well be tied to Caroline Bouquet.
2. Bond on the lazer table (GF)
3. Bond hanging over the grinding machine vs Dario (LTK)
4. Tania luckily choosing to shoot Klebb instead of Bond (FRWL)
5. Domino saving Bond from Largo harpooning him (TB)
6. Pushkin and his men shooting Whitakers guard just when he was about to sneakily shoot Bond (TLD).
Hmmm Brosnan didnt seem to have any major near death, needing to be saved, moments.
