Why is this news? It isn't Bond related, unless she has stated that she plans to come back and ruin another Bond film after her labor has ended...

...She didn't actually say that, did she?! X_X

    Oh, how do I start...

*She failed at ripping off Ursula, something that never should have happened in the first place.

*She said "Yo momma", "I got the thrust of it" and other childish and abysmal dialogue

*She is the definition of one dimensional

    *She didn't die

True but she shouldnt have died and she is american and americans are kinda hot I mean Ursala Andress is about 70 then again shes 46 (Halle Berry) I see your point. Thank you.
  • Congratulations to Halle on the wonderful news and I wish her many blessings for a happy and healthy child. Her piss poor Jinx character has nothing to do with this or anything else regarding her, I appreciate the fact that she enjoyed her turn and has shown respect towards the franchise.

I wouldn't say she failed. Her in a bikini was one of the few highlights of Die Another Day imo.

Well, to you it was. To me, that is the moment the nosedive begins in the proverbial crashing plane that is DAD.

Yes me too. Hoping she can have a healthy birth at age 46, and yes she does respect her time with Bond. I don't think she was the worst thing about DAD. Her performance IMO was as good as could be expected I think, considering how cliched her character was. Just as I think Denise Richards did a decent job with Christmas Jones. Compare with Barbara Bach's wooden performance for example. But there's only so much that can be done with these roles. Both Berry and Richards I thought, did look really good, which is vital to these roles.

As others have said, good for her. And it sounds like The Call might have rejuvenated her career. Well, the early word of mouth was positive.

And for what it's worth, Berry is no more to blame for Die Another Day, than Craig is for the vomit inducing dialogue of Casino Royale.

No Brady some people recognise that a joyous situation does deserve a congratulations instead of some juvenile attempt at to belittle her person.

As an actrice she has always been positive about the franchise.

the vomit inducing dialogue of Casino Royale.

    Mod Wars: Episode I
    The Craig Defence

    ;-)
Nah, @MajorDSmythe and myself are comrades in (Camp) Blood, protectors of May, Outpost defenders, residents of The House Of The Devil, Dream Warriors and partners in fighting the Deadites. On top of that, we're both Daltonites at heart: our nipples are pierced with giant D's and there's a Dalton tattoo on our testicles. Only in matters of Craig do we find ourselves disagreeing with force but much in the same way that Jason wasn't a very good swimmer, neither of us is perfect. ;-)

I for one look forward to the sequel, Revenge of the Smythe. :P

So gents, it appears that we can literally measure your love for Timothy Dalton. ;))

You make a good point there. If we're going to have a go at Berry for the bad sex puns and Yo Mamma then to be fair we should probably be blaming Craig for the little finger, armour and Rolex lines.

    Still, congratulations to her.

Yes, all aside, I was having my fun with Halle but I would never wish anything bad to happen during her pregnancy or thereafter when the baby/babies enter into this world.

Can we please keep it PG-13 rated in here? I know lots of posters have kids, and some posters themselves are young.

    I am young at heart.

I can't think of any terrible Jinx-like puns to describe this So I'll just keep it simple and say congratulations to Ms Berry.

@MajorDSmythe. Nice to see another Alan Partridge fan :D

Nah but his book is brilliant. The more I think about it the more I wonder whether Pierce Brosnan is the Alan Partridge of the Bond world. Loves Roger Moore, says goofy one-liners and even moans when they don't give him another crack in the spotlight (I say this as a fan of his).

Must admit I'd like to hear AP's comments on the death of Thatcher.
