That's not good could you not get a refund at the time? My recent Steelbook purchase of Rogue Nation in 4K the disk jumps midway through the film for a few seconds, unfortunately it was the last one though I got it so cheap, I just thought ill pick up the regular 4K version cheap one day and exchange the disks.
Yeah, can't stand when I realize a disc skips, particularly when it's months after I purchased it and I can no longer return it.
Yes, the animated series & movies are another story. Still, the 60's Batman with West & Ward and Clooney's film are very funny, if you're in the right mood. Why's the rum gone?
Not impressed with the art work, another lazy UHD cover. I hope it changes or offers a better alternative prior to release.
What's wrong with the original film poster? That was iconic and cool.
Exactly. Yellow in a black background. Simple, effective. Iconic.
I will buy it because I collect Batman memorabilia and various versions of the films and animated movies etc.
Though I will be looking for steelbook versions of the films as those covers are hideous.
honestly a script rewrite and an edit would of made a stronger film (maybe someone besides Clooney as I don't know if he can do dark)
I mean if you dropped all the ice puns, the ice skate nonsense, and bane in his entirety the film might actually be ok...
of course a full rewrite from page one would be required to give us a great film but yeah...
in 2 weeks from Saturday I will post my full thoughts (of course this Saturday is the better of Schumachers two entries Batman Forever)
Watched this channel for years, bizarrely I have had a Batman 89 T Shirt on today then saw this.

I am resigned to thinking it will happen when it happens, very much like how Bond 25 was
Does it NEED to cross one billion? I can't help but think of WB chasing all those possible merchandise opportunities with Batman Forever / Batman & Robin (especially the latter).
Yes, that is the thing these days. If you don't haul in over a billion dollars, you're considered "a failure". Think BvS, JL and indeed SP. These three films are called "bad" by a lot of folks on these boards and one of the arguments that keep being brought up is: it didn't make more than a billion dollars.
That's a shame, I was lucky to see Batman in the cinema back in 89, I vividly remember my reaction when the opening credits started it was a great experience.
Batman Forever
where do I begin...
first it feels like Val Kilmer and Nicole Kidman are in a completely different film... they are in a serious dark and kind of adult batman film
Tommy Lee Jones and Jim Carrey are playing for the kids (poorly I might add)
the rest of the cast is a mix
Chris O'donnel is far to old to be the "boy wonder"
And where did Two Face go after he killed Grayson's parents
over all its a mixed bag but I liked Kilmer as much as I did that I am gonna bump it up higher then it should
Kilmer was a decent Batman and Bruce, I enjoyed the film when it was released, I saw it three times at the cinema. Its daft and some of the action is good, the film does step over the line though in comparison to Batman and Robin its Shakespeare.
Jackie Chan does
