Bruce is looking older! With a TAS style to boot! Also, I hope that we get some villains that Joe Quinones pitched: Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn. The Riddler and Batgirl would also be welcome.
I have the tie-in adaptations of the first two movies somewhere- they were really well drawn. Hopefully they can capture a bit of that.
XIII is a great game I had it on the PS2 I think, I bought it again for the PC though can't get in to work on Windows 10 unfortunately. (Though it just occurred to me Windows 10 has had a few major updates since I last tried to install XIIII, worth another attempt).
I mean I still wish it was Kevin Conroy but meh
I personally like Digital Comics, but nothing beats the satisfaction of adding another graphic novel to my Hardcover Collection.
I would support this as well but with some minor requests. Keep it as standalone as possible, and let BA have as much control as possible. If it doesn’t work as cinema, let him do a graphic novel of it, with Geoff Johns. Do his Robin’s backstory as well! Zack Snyder’s Justice League sequels deserve the same.
👍 I agree, that’s one time I trust Zack Snyder: visuals.
Some character teasers from Batman ‘89.
Maybe too risky, especially after Zack Snyder’s run.

That is absolutely dreadful.
I don't get why they added the 'Dawn of Justice' bit. It's meaningless, and everyone knew and knows it as 'Batman v Superman' which is all the title it ever needed.
True. Let's face it: people came for Batman versus Superman, not for the dawn of justice. These films have 1- to 3-word titles anyway. Even Birds Of Prey is known as just that; I rarely meet anyone who recites the full title. Still, "and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn" is somewhat meaningful. The Dawn Of Justice, by contrast, is superfluous.

Still my favourite DC movie.

I feel that they should leave Joker alone, and bring another Batman villain (namely Mr. Freeze or Clayface) into this type of movie.
New image for 2024.
Didn t know Murphy had screen tested for Batman.
Quite the creative trio, I hope Paul Dini comes with.
Cannot wait for The Batman and all the other things he's got cooking.
I agree. I like him more than Zack-kill and change everyone for shock value-Snyder.
Here’s another look at the Riddler.
And Kevin Conroy.
And Mark Hamill, Adrienne Barbeau and a number of Batman: TAS alumni! JJ Abrams owes Mark Hamill after the last Star Wars movies!
Timm's new Batman harks back to:
Bruce Timm is going back to the mean, scary Batman of 1939, just as he did with his Strange Days short. This is going to be something new and exciting. To be honest, I find this more more promising than the rumored return to BTAS, which would have been an impossible task and inevitable failure, buckling under three decades of fan expectations. You can't step in the same river twice!
This time Timm seems to be returning with a new and different vision of Batman, not a nostalgic return to fan-service. I hope he's allowed enough creative freedom to truly go in his own direction.

Batgirl is on the way!
