As for Stella - Spies have no license to kill? Hmmm. And we believe everything an intelligence ("SPY") head would tell us, the always believing public?
Indeed, perhaps there is no actual license: ah ha! No plastic license with attached photo that hardly looks like the person, declaring publicly for everyone to see that this spy has a "license to kill". Just like a driver's license. No, I do not think spies have those. So technically correct perhaps ... ;)
That said I did like the Drone scene in The bourne legacy quite a lot.
