I have to say that they look absolutely brilliant! :-bd
Lego police sets always come with guns. In fact, growing up, I don't remember anyone ever having a problem with it, surprisingly. Even the robbers came with guns.
All I know is I have LEGO to thank for my work style. I'm a tactile learner, and I always catch on at a new job really quickly.
I wasn't one of those kids who built a rainbow square and called it a house, I built perfectly symetrical helicopters from scrap parts that had ejector seats, working landing gear, working doors, and a moving propeller. My kids will definitely have LEGOs.
Can you imagine how epic the volcano base would be?
What's wrong with Lego? Why are they not making these? Sort it!
And don't give me any shit about Bond not being suitable - Indy kills plenty of people and they didn't have a problem there.
Classic missed opportunity because had someone with an ounce of intelligence between them at EON and Lego marketing depts got their heads together last year there would have been one Lego set for each film and Bond fan dads would have gone crazy at Toys R Us filling up their kids stockings for Christmas. Not going to happen now is it.
As usual George Lucas shows that whatever he doesn't know about writing dialogue or directing he more than makes up for in delivering merchandise for the fans.
This can go down as another stunner from EONs VP of Global Business Strategy:

A guy so bereft of any business nous he actually lists 007 Legends on his CV! I would list having worked in Auschwitz first before I ever admitted having a single thing to do with a game that causes your PS3/Xbox to actually spew a torrent of vomit across the room if you dare to try and insert it.
Still who's having the last laugh? Me going to work every day or the guy who won the nepotism lottery?
Call me bitter if you like - bitterness and cynicism are old friends I carry with me so not a problem.
