Quantum of Shake?
Ever seen Quantum of Solace? ;)
-Yes; Dragon,-And after That I Got Myself A Really BL00DY Mary...!!
I haven't bothered with any of the Marvel stuff, but I don't really plan on getting round to it either.
@JawsIsAlive watch Eraserhead one of the strangest films you'll ever see!
I don't think the 'shaky cam' is that bad in those movies. Yeah it could be distracting in the cinema but home viewing it's barely noticeable.
The action in Ultimatum is superb.
Wild At Heart and Blue Velvet are essential movie viewing. Afraid I haven t seen Eraserhead yet.
Not a fan Lynch's later films myself. INLAND EMPIRE was pretty hard going as was Mulholland Drive which I found tedious.
But Blue Velvet is one of the greatest American films ever made imo....
Love Wild At Heart and Lost Highway as well.
OMG that mystery man in lost highway is one of the creepiest things ever. Spooks me every time.
Inland Empire is the Lynch masterpiece if you ask me. It reminds me strangely of Return of the King. Super long and slow, but rewarding in the end.
Now that is genuinely embarassing.
Do you remember the car chase? That still holds up IMO.
No I don't. There isn't a car chase in Raiders.
I presume you mean truck chase?
Well yeah, if you want to split hairs. ;)
You can watch Crystal Skull in one go, but not Raiders @Last_Rat_Standing?! Shame on you, sir. ;)
Oh do delve. not only Metropolis, but Spione (excellent) and Die Nibelungen (which is two films). Give 'em a go.
