Yes, it was an hoax. He's shooting a sketch for a YouTube channel.
To repeat The Joker would be bad, Ledgers Joker is still very rooted in peoples minds so it would be a suicide to but Batman up against him again. Why not use The Riddler instead?
Or we can have your mum.
I'd like that. I thought the last Batman game did a great job with Penguin (although the cockney accent wasn't the most convincing). They could get Ray Winstone to play him.
Yes, Penguin voiced by the ever brilliant Nolan North.
For eg. Hairy Bum Man?
issue 4 of the dark knight returns...
I find it weird that they are only going to adapt the last part of The Dark Knight Returns. I mean, there is no much other material other than issue 4 that could be used, so I say pick from the entire run. That's just my thoughts, though. Considering that some lines from issue 4 were said at the reveal of the film, I can see why there is speculation that Snyder, Goyer, and co. are adapting that specific part of the Miller arc. We'll have to see in time, but it is extremely likely this is a fake.
Think we can live without those comments thanks.
Not bringing anything to the discussion.
That's what I am talking about! They should find an actor and basically do to the Penguin what the brilliant Heath Ledger did to the Joker! Make him bitter, evil, and twisted! Give us a more deadlier and ruthless Penguin!
I loved phonejacker....
Certainly seems that way? I guess with the huge success that Marvel are having it's like they are scared of going up against the Avengers?
When they announced that Batman would feature in MOS 2, I thought it was a knee-jerk reaction to MOS' lacklustre B.O. (It was big, but nowhere near what they needed). I assumed they'd executed 'Plan B'. In hindsight I think I was probably wrong. I think they've looked at Marvel's format and decided to mix it up a bit. No one needs another Batman origin, so I think it's a bold, particularly risky, but potentially brilliant move they've pulled.
I think DC want to avoid comparison where they can. If that means offering a different strategy than Marvel, then I think it's a good thing. Marvel's roll-out is very measured and methodical, I'm hoping DC throw us a few more curveballs, with multiple character crossover in various releases, not just a JLA film.
No I am excited about Batman vs Superman and hope we do get a Batman + (insert other Dc Character).... Actually Batman and wonder woman sounds fun
Well he doesen't denies the rumour... ;)
Not many actors could pull it off...they havent the phyisical presence and the grizzled knackered world weary look.
I know the Affleck is going for the weary look but do you really think his agent plus Hollywood is going to let one of their pretty boys look like he should for the film....it might still work if he took that stupid rug off his head...
Really can't see this work with the Affleck, sups needed a new farther figure and an old Batman would have been great...
I suppose that's why the original choice to play the new batman was perfect, now they just have a box office draw....safe and boring.....that's why Marvel rocks.
Who would have thought that Iron Man played by Roberto would be the biggest box office superhero franchise ever?
Batman died for me with Bale....should have offered him stupid money to come back.....bring on Thor and co.
