#2 SF
#3 GE
#2 GE
#3 DAD (I can't help it; I love that one even if the overall film is somewhat lacking)
SF a distant second.
Well, apparently the polls say something else ;-).
2. Casino Royale
3. GoldenEye
Though I am also a really big fan of the main titles for Tomorrow Never Dies and The World is Not Enough, as well as the main titles for Quantum of Solace and the very inventive narrative-propelling titles for Die Another Day (notwithstanding Madonna's Freud-holla'ing electro-pop).
2. SF - 2 points (mainly as a result of Adele's excellent title song and the scene where Bond is underwater sinking to his death before the song kicks in. Very emotional buildup to that part and it works on screen - did not really think the title sequence itself was all that though compared to CR)
3. TND - 1 point (love the song and love the way the intro starts with all the breaking glass or crystal - I think supposedly from the jet engine. Very Bond like sequence)
4. GE - honourable mention - Tina Turner was outstanding and the pretitles was superb (including the amazing jump) which really revved me up for this part. The title sequence was just ok though but I liked the Soviet symbolism
Useless to me
5. QoS - horrendous IMO - strangling a cat indeed
6. TWINE - garbage - appropriately IMO
7. DAD - terrible in every way including the title song
2. Skyfall (2)
3. GoldenEye (1)
4. TWINE
5. TND
6. DAD
7. QoS
Any combination of these three are fine. Some of the others feel silly, esp TND and TWINE.
I think TWINE is really underrated. I love the mysterious slow-paced, soulful song from Garbage, especially Shirley's voice. Combined with the constantly slowly moving visuals from Danny Kleinman, it kind of reminded me of Skyfall's main titles.
Moreover, I think the song was really David Arnold's best attempt, creative-wise, of a Bond song. Even better than YKMN (My personal opinion). And don't forget lyricist Don Black, who returned to this film with the best lyrics ever since "GoldenEye".
