Obviously it won't affect Bond given the money SF made for Sony and MGM.
It has been said here a few months ago, it is very likely that Sony took all the risks and saw far less money than EON and MGM did (3 times less according to some sources : $50M of profit for Sony with Skyfall). Briefly, Sony's a bit of a milk cow for the others. Loeb wants this to stop. If Sony/Loeb wants to re-negotiate the EON/MGM Bond deal, pray it won't mean 1 or 2 years of delay.
I continue on the "production timelime" thread, with more explicit comments from the CEO of Sony Entertainment about now putting financial pressure on directors... Loeb seems to have won.
