I have been working on my own episode 10. It would be a chance for change. It’s honestly quite a bit of a Lando story.
Nice, does it follow TFA and TLJ as is then?
Yep, and a lightsaber fight in inside of ice on a ice planet. Some female main villains, and some force ghost surprises.
Thank you for your support!
The biggest issue with the ST is that it’s way too reverential of the OT and the characters from that trilogy. I know that’s ironic, because there’s a ton of fans who would say it did the complete opposite. But when you look at the end credits and the first names to always come up were Hamill, Ford, and Fisher, THAT to me says the filmmakers didn’t put the new heroes in the forefront as much as they should have.
When Carrie Fisher died, they should have written her off screen. Sure, Leia deserves a better exit, but I don’t think what they did with her in TROS was worth it.
I do really like the beginning of TFA though.
Actually looking forward to this! Get the feeling their may not be any Jedi in this? But we will see?

Rather wonderfully, the very recognisable quarry location seen at about 1m05 into the trailer was used in the 1970s for both Blakes 7 and Doctor Who. In the latter it played the part of Skaro, home planet of the Daleks! :)
I have a lot of fondness for that quarry.
I know we’ll get some TV news. Possible movie news as well? Naboo Starfighters making a comeback.
I don't think too much can be read into the poster for the event.
Personally, give me a synopsis of Rise of Skywalker and I'd probably still have picked that out of the two. It's average and pretty forgettable, but it does Star Wars things.
I was always against making sequels. Before ROTJ was made, Lucas's original idea involved nine Star Wars movies: the OT in which Luke would defeat Vader, a ST where Luke and the other hope (a female character) would defeat the emperor, and then the PT. Lucas had such a miserable time making ESB, however, that he decided to cancel the ST and wrap up Luke's storyline with ROTJ by merging the Other Hope character with Leia and have Vader and the Emperor get defeated.
In my view, no matter what ideas Disney came up with for the ST, it would seem redundant. There really wasn't anything more to do after ROTJ, chronologically-speaking, and the sequels spent all their time either parodying or subverting things the OT did without telling any story of its own.
Awesome. Is that on YouTube? I suppose I could poke around the internet to find it.
Yes on YouTube, just type in Robert Meyer Burnett Dual of Fate script there are two parts/videos. As Robert has worked within the industry for decades he offers good insight. Here is Part 1...
Hasten to add I watched this two years ago so no doubt there has been additional information released since then?

Star Wars: Tales Of The Jedi - Official Trailer (2022)
Who didn’t see this coming?
That sucks, seems like it would have been awesome.
Great story telling and characterization, this is on another level compared to the other Star Wars shows, its far more gritty, mature and realistic.
