Trying to edit acct info

Wrote mods 2x; got a response of 'we don't understand what you mean' then no response at all. when i try to update info, it just goes back and forth, back and forth. been broken for weeks and weeks. not sure where else to post this, but I can't get an answer via the usual channels.
