Thanks for sharing.
My pleasure! It certainl;y is definitive! Yes, Jeremy Duns wrote this for KKBB magazine back in 2005. I was in contact with him during this period and gave some sources to him. It was a really great piece of investigative journalism on his part. Jeremy is a spy novelist and non-fiction also. His newest book is Dead Drop (2013).
Jeremy Duns is the antithesis of all the tabloids hold dear. And, yes, that's a very good thing!

and proceed with caution.
possible Bond story could have worked out. ;)
I'm looking forward to it.
I have read the first half until now, it's a very great book for the moment.
My CR67 blu-ray wouldn't play in my machine.
They sent another. It wouldn't play either. So clearly not a bad disc, but rather an incompatibility with the machine, so I hung onto it, pending new machine in near future.
Now it plays in new machine, buts that's all it does. I can't access menu, and thus can't access special features.
Badly manufactured disc I guess.
But I will say its well worth reading
