I am hoping Sideshow renew their deal with Eon so that they produce some more figures from the series.

Sadly, that isn't going to happen.

    Why is that?

Such a pity that Sideshow did not get a chance to do a Daniel Craig James Bond figure.. Ever since they lost the Bond license, no other figure company has stepped up to take their place which I find to be very odd seeing as Casino Royale was a big hit back in 2006 when Craig got started. Companies such as Hot Toys and Enterbay can definitely do some better looking Bond figures than the ones Sideshow did.

When were their last figures released, 2007?

For an unofficial figure, that's got a decent likeness to Craig. It's not one i'd want to add to my collection, but the likeness is there.

The last Sideshow Toys Bond figures were indeed released in 2007, and they were the Legacy Collection. Figures have moved on in the last 6 years, so it's a shame that another company doesn't pick up the Bond licence, just look at the possibilities.

So why no Casino Royale tie-in then? Talk about missing the boat.

Would like to know too please JamesPage? There is only one figure from the series I didn't get my hands on? Although I live in hope! B-)

Looking at the list there are 40-odd in total, correct? Which one are you missing @RogueAgent?

I have the full 12" range which is great. It is the 1/4 scale variant of the Connery model. Where they basically used the exact same model stance and changed the head and clothes.

I have the original 3 of Connery, Moore, and Brosnan. Was not aware of the variant Connery model until they sold out as they only released 250 worldwide. Although I was a little frustrated? Have to say I would be unsure if I would pay the same price again just for a new head and clothes.

There have been 29 12" models and 4 1/4 scale models.

I have all 5 different actors of the Sideshow 12" Bond's, but I only have one of the 1/4 scale premium format statue and that is the Brosnan one...

Certainly does! :-bd Just waiting to hear from jamespage regarding the whole Sideshow issue as to why they will not get their 007 licence reissued? Or if someone else will get the opportunity to produce a series of figures in the future?

Have to say I am impressed with this figure, the detail on the face is excellent!

I have just received one of these as a gift and like everyone else, it is an excellent figure and will go nicely with my 40th anniversary sideshow collection.

I do wish sideshow would add a 'Craig-era' range to go with the others:

Casino Royale: Bond (African Rundown), Vesper (Casino Dress), Le Chiffre (Tuxedo), Felix Leiter (Tuxedo).

Quantum: Bond (Tuxedo), Camille (Orange Dress), Dominic Green (Casual Wear).

Skyfall: M (Inquiry), Silva (Island Wear), Eve (PTS), Severine (Casino Dress).

I'm getting a DAD vibe from that. Would be fitting to display it with the Phicen unlicenced Jinx:

Many thanks! But, $125?! Holy hell. I'll pass, not at the stage in my life where I can shell out so much for something like this. Perhaps one day. :)

I thought the very same at first, but then I said... what the heck? It's the best Pierce Brosnan Bond action figure to this day, better than the scales we've had with the 40th Anniversary tie-in event. So, more or less, I'll be getting this.

As Number Two of The Prisoner says...
"By hook or by crook, we'll get it!"

I got the Craig one a couple years ago- the price is actually great compared to Hot Toys- and I'm so happy I got him, as he sits in a place of honor on my shelf even today

YES especially since the Sideshow one looked the worst of the bunch!
