    Thank you @Zarozzor!

I suppose that's what fans do, close our eyes (and ears) for the occasional slide whistle or Tarzan yell ;)

As for LALD, my latest viewing of LALD wasn't great, and even though it has some good moments, as all Bond films have, in the end I just don't really like the 'atmopshere'.

That's a fully subjective sentiment I know. But no Cold War espionage, no colourful locations, no impressive set designs and a somewhat pale colour palette eventually leave this one at the bottom for me.

Atmosphere is a big deal for me.

You're right about the atmosphere in it. It just doesn't really do anything for me. Combine that with one of my least favorite plots and it's slowly dropping.

Great seeing OHMSS back at the top. Half of those top ten are in my own top ten. Biggest difference being TLD, which I have in my own bottom five.

@Quantum_of_Tomorrow I go through each members ranking, assign 24 points to #1 and 1 point to #24, and add them all up. I use the latest ranking posted.

@Thunderfinger Sorry to hear that. I have TLD at #1. Dalton is too intense at times, but the espionage moments are just too good.

I do wish John Glen was more consistent in his tone. Because I think his films would be much better received if there weren't random Glen humour moments.

@Zarozzor Thanks I'm no statistician but I like these kinds of compilations too. Reading opinions is fascinating but these lists help with the big picture, like whether a certain film is really getting a reappraisal or not

As much as I enjoyed SPECTRE, watching a classic Connery shortly afterwards made it drop significantly. :(

Fair enough! I think it will always be a mid tier Bond for me, I enjoy it more than SF, but it doesn't come close to CR or QOS!

I would agree with your assessment apart from GE, which would never come any way near my top 5!
