I actually thought the character of Stacy was decently written: she actually had some backstory and a connection to the main plot. I think had the character been better casted, with an older actress like a Maud Adams type, I think the character would have been much better. Remove the obnoxious screaming as well for good measure.

I love both of these films.
Yes Capt Carter is the ally in Spy. Plus, you can't ignore a character like Colombo for this round. He's just one of Bond's best allies. It'll be a travesty if he doesn't win by a whitewash.
