A Bond tour should be easy, since most of the locations Bond visited are major tourist attractions. Haghia Sophia, where Bond picks up the Lektor plans, is walking distance from the Basilica Cistern where Bond and Kerim spied on the Russians. The Grand Bazaar is the location of Kerim's rug shop hideout and another major attraction. Several ferries cross the Bosporus strait, so you can recreate Bond and Tania's boat ride. The Sirkeci train station, where Bond caught the Orient Express, is also visitable, though catching a ride on the modern Orient Express might be out of your budget. Bond's hotel, the Kristal Palas, is based on the Pera Palace Hotel, and this also can be visited, though staying there is much more expensive than it was in Bond's day. The only place you can't visit at all is the gypsy camp, since it was filmed on a set in England.

I don't know if they exist. But if so, it would be a wonderful thing to experience.

PS--If you were interested in seeing the sights mentioned in Fleming's novels, you'd need to visit Sultan Ahmed Mosque, which is near where Darko Kerim assassinated Krilencu.

The cistern which doubles for the tunnel under the Russian embassy is also a must.
