By pure definition, Grant is Klebb's subordinate and therefore should be considered a henchman. But in the grand scheme of things he was definitely the main threat and could be considered the main villain.
I decided to stick to the classic definition of villain and henchman and thus awarded an 8 to Klebb. Grant would have gotten a 10.

A most reasonable score for my beloved FRWL.
To be honest, I feared that FRWL would suffer a similar fate to GF, in that, like GF before it, FRWL is held too be a bastion of all things Bondian, and certain people, just to be contrary or edgy, dump on FRWL, just because.
I must also apologise for letting this thread go fallow for nearly a month. I found myself getting disillusioned with the whole Bond fandom.
