I would say either Moonraker or Octopussy for sure. One of the light, silly Moore movies.
OP is quite convivial in parts too, especially Bond in India.
GF is quite convivial. Sean is at his charming debonair best in this film, especially with the women. He's also quite civil with GF on the golf course.
Ditto. I picked it as the first Bond film to show my niece and nephew for that very reason.
TB has some dark moments but it's still a big, fun adventure film that's mostly family friendly.
Octopussy would be another, but once again, you have the killing of Vijay, and when Bond gets 'serious' such as the killing of the knife throwing twin and when he shoots the soldier after the interrogation of Orlov. For all it's humor and blatant nonsense, Octopussy has equal serious moments
From a recent watch of Thunderball, would have to include that release also. Connery is a shadow of his former greatness, and while not much improvement from Goldfinger in that respect, at least he gets to move around a lot more and doesn't look bored half of the time. Connery gets to joke around, but it's not as bad as before, and all amounts to a fun viewing experience
I would say so, too. Most family friendly Bond film by far. So childish it should have come in a dubbed version for those kids who cannot read yet.
