LTK

DAD & SF: Bond is seen sporting a beard
DAD & SF: Main Bond girl is black (man, Naomie Harris is hot...)
San Monique (LALD) doesn't exist either. And Madagascar does exist. But perhaps you mean the embassy he crashes in ?
I think this may actually be a link between LALD (San Monique) and LTK (Isthmus). We can probably ignore the embassy (Nambutu?) from CR.
Coltrane, yes. All the others have happened in other films as well.
Los Organos from DAD was fictional too.
The island was fictional, but not the country it was part of (Cuba).
This applies to FYEO and LTK as well, I guess(LALD)
QOS and SF - Rory Kinnear as Bill Tanner
CR-QOS: Bond drives the modern DBS
QOS-SF: Gunbarrel at the end :|
