The World is Not Enough - A criminally underrated movie

I don't understand the hate for this movie. I consider it to be my favorite Bond movie. Yeah, I can see why people hate Denise Richards, but to be honest, not many Bond actresses are known to "act". The movie, itself, features Brosnan acting his best - yeah the "shoulda" thing was weird. The movie had a great story, plot twist, villain (admit Renard was underused), great music, and great acting. I honestly can't see why people consider it to be one of the worst.
